Our Team
TAYA VOLIN L.Ac, Dipl. O.M, FABORM, MD (Russia), is Board Certified in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, Taya has driven countless positive results for her patients. She is an expert in the treatment of stress, pain conditions, infertility, women’s health issues, emotional wellness, smoking cessation and beyond.
Central to all – the core belief that integration of Western and Eastern medical traditions is the future of modern health care. Taya and the Absolute Balance team work closely with other medical practitioners, specialists, and fertility clinics to provide patients with world-class care.

Beyond NCCAOM, Taya is certified by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine (CCAOM) in Clean Needle Technique.
She is a graduate of the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine (ESATM). This is one of the few schools of Oriental Medicine offering comprehensive training in different acupuncture styles. Taya also received formal Chinese Herbal training at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM), completing hands-on hospital internships in China and Japan.
Prior to her professional training in Oriental Medicine, Taya earned her medical degree at the Moscow Medical Academy – one of the top five medical schools in Russia. After graduating, Taya was actively involved in the research of different alternative medical modalities. Areas of focus included endolymphatic therapy and laser medicine.

Our Team
Taya Volin L.Ac, Dipl. O.M, FABORM, MD (Russia), is a licensed acupuncturist in NJ and NY states and Nationally Board Certified (NCCAOM) to practice acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, Taya originally graduated from 1st Moscow Medical Academy with a Medical degree, where she was originally introduced to the acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Later on she received a Master degree from Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine in Montclair, NJ, and formal Chinese Herbal training at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM), NY. She completed internship training in China and Japan’s hospitals.
Taya Volin is a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (ABORM) – one of less than 10 acupuncturists in the state of New Jersey Internationally Board Certified to provide services in the field of reproductive acupuncture, specializing in treatment of female and male infertility, as well as various gynecologic conditions.
Alexandra Sack L.Ac, Dipl. O.M, DACM, is a licensed acupuncturist in NJ and NY states, Nationally Board Certified in Acupuncture & Chinese Herbal Medicine. She holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and earned her master’s degree from Pacific College of Health & Science, where she focused her clinical training in women’s reproductive health, pregnancy, and postpartum care.
Alexandra trained in Japanese style acupuncture in Kyoto, Japan, and holds a dual master’s in Applied Physiology & Motor Learning from Columbia University. Alexandra is also certified in prenatal yoga, emphasizing a holistic approach to women’s health.
